The summer brings challenges for out of state college students. They must decided where to live during this time and what to do with their belongings. Many do not need a storage unit, as they can be pricey and way to big for only dorm items, as most college students only have books, linens, towels and a few cookware items and living accessories, such as throw rugs and lights. Though they only have a few items, many feel they don’t have any other option besides storage units. Many colleges are beginning to take notice and offer an alternative; campus storage.
Campus storage allows college students to store their dorm room items and other possessions in a small, secure area, while they are away for the summer. The cost is nominal when compared to storage units. This is a great option for college students, as they do not need to rent a moving truck, pay excessive fees or pay for a unit that they only use a fraction of.
When college students leave campus for the summer, they must figure out what to do with their belongings. While some have the option of driving their belongings home with them, others who live out of state must decide what to do. Luckily, colleges are offering them a new alternative with campus storage.
